All weights and measurements shown are best approximations.

Finance Charge
11.2% per Month service charge on all amounts 30 days or more past due.

Broken Cartons
Unless specified in American Metalcraft literature, there is no broken carton charge.

Freight & Carrier
F.O.B. Melrose Park, Illinois. Carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit.

Freight Exception
If a single order for single delivery within the continental US exceeds $2,000.00 net value, American Metalcraft will prepay and not add freight charges, providing invoice is paid when due. On prepaid shipments, American Metalcraft retains the right to choose the carrier. Custom items will not be backordered on prepaid shipments. Split shipments are not allowed; orders will ship complete when ready. If requested to ship early or split shipment, freight is customer's responsibility. Air shipments are solely customer responsibility. Arbitrary, notification and inside delivery charges, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Packing
American Metalcraft reserves the right to pack all merchandise in what it considers to be the most appropriate and economical manner. Special packing requests and pack size may require a surcharge.

Returned Checks
Due to the costs of returned checks, we will make a $25.00 charge on all such returns.

Collection Fees
The buyer agrees to pay all applicable attorney and collection fees.

New Accounts
Furnish 3 Trade References, Bank, Account Number, copy of State Resellers Certificate, and complete names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and contact names.

International Accounts
International orders accepted against Letters of Credit or checks in advance only, unless credit has been Accounts established.

Add Ons
Add ons are not allowed on prepaid back orders. Depending on the interval between order placement and the add on, add ons cannot be guaranteed.

Rush Shipments
Orders requiring next day or 2nd day delivery must be placed prior to 11:00 AM Central Time; rush shipments cannot be guaranteed.

Back Orders
Back orders shipped when available, unless notified to cancel. Custom items will not be backordered on freight paid orders. The order will ship complete when ready. If early shipment is requested, freight charges are customer responsibility.

Samples
Samples of stock merchandise billed on a sample basis. Samples of custom merchandise billed as quoted, not returnable.

Confirmations
We require written confirmation of all phone orders. We are not responsible for verbal misunderstandings or mistakes.

Faxed Orders
Faxed orders require no written confirmation. Fax orders whenever possible.

Pricing Errors
We are not responsible for customer pricing errors.

Guarantees
All merchandise is 100% guaranteed. Report anything defective within 10 days to receive full credit or replacement.Guarantee is void if cleaning instructions are not followed or if product is used inappropriately.

Damages or Shortages
Shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 10 days. Mark Bill of Lading if cartons are damaged or shorted. Notify carrier, secure inspection report, and send copies to us.

Returned Goods
No returned merchandise can be accepted without prior written agreement. If permission is granted, merchandise must be prepaid only, and will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge plus outbound freight. Minimum return amount $50.00 list. Returned goods must be received within 60 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be new. Used, washed, stickered, abused, or otherwise damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Articles made to order and items requiring special set up will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Prices
All prices in US dollars($) and subject to change without notice. Because unforeseen rising cost of imported or jobbed items, raw materials, or changes in the relationship of the US dollar($) to foreign currencies, pricing of some products may be adjusted at the time of invoicing.

Country of Origin
USA & indicate products made in the United States of America indicates products made in a Origin North American Free Trade Association member country.

Literature
Possession of our literature does not constitute an offer to sell.

We are not responsible for printing errors.
